In-Person Advising

If you are a new student and have not attended New Student Orientation, you will not be able to enroll in classes until your Orientation is complete. Meeting with an advisor does not excuse you from Orientation.

General Academic Advising

Please select this appointment option if you are exploring or changing majors and do not currently have an academic advising hold on your account.

Duration: 1 hour

Continuing Major Exploration Students

If this is not your first semester at Boise State, and you are continuing to explore majors, you are required to complete a 45 minute academic advising appointment prior to enrolling in next semester courses.

Duration: 1 hour

Required First Year Advising

Please reference your required advising email to schedule with your assigned advisor.

If this is your first semester at Boise State, you are required to complete a 60 minute academic advising appointment prior to enrolling in next semester courses.
